Adds a Settings option to control the Start Menu shortcut, and fixes a Start Menu shortcut that kept an old generic icon.

- Start Menu shortcut option. Settings → General now has Add Start Menu shortcut. It is on by default, so existing installs keep their shortcut. Turn it off to remove it
- Correct shortcut icon. A Start Menu shortcut left behind by an older install used to keep that copy's generic icon. Screenshot Capture now repairs a shortcut that points at a different copy of the app and sets the camera icon

Notes
Installed copies of 1.1.2 and later update from inside the application as usual. Copies of 1.1.1 and earlier trust the previous signing key and cannot verify this update; download 1.1.5 once from this page and replace your copy.
This release is distributed as an unsigned executable. Verify the published SHA-256 checksum before running. Auto-update trust comes from the separately signed stable manifest, not Authenticode on the executable.
