Adds a Start menu choice for each account.
Highlights
- New Show in Start menu tickbox at the bottom of Accounts and shortcuts adds User Switcher to, or removes it from, this account's own Start menu without an administrator prompt. The shortcut starts the installed copy when User Switcher is installed
- Installing now adds the Start menu shortcut for the installing account only, instead of for every account on the computer. Other accounts can tick Show in Start menu to add their own
- Uninstalling removes every account's Start menu shortcut, including the all-accounts shortcut that 1.0.0 created

Installed copies of 1.0.0 offer this update from the tray. This release is distributed as an unsigned executable. Verify the published SHA-256 checksum before running. Update trust comes from the separately signed stable manifest, not Authenticode on the executable.
